Yes and only way is get by catching Jigglypuff which one can hold that item with 1% or less chance. Rejected for various reasons
- Sit down on the bench.
- Polkadot Bow - Boosts the power of Normal-type and Fairy-type moves by 12.5% when held. Held by wild Jigglypuff is 1% or less. That will make this item P3D exclusive.
- Remade grow time to: for 5-6th Gen in Autumn, slower them 5-6th Gen in Winter, faster them 5-6th Gen in Spring and more faster them 5-6th Gen in Summer.
- Add in Indigo Plateau building second layer left side 6 NPCs which ones we can beat and get rewards:
- Implant Route 23 by adding this Route between Victory Road Gates and Victory Road and with that Route 23 upper area will be cutten away. That will require a small update in World Map too. Victory Road Gates>Route 23 until cave>Victory Road>Indigo Plateau.
- Remake move Splash to have 5 Power and effect: changes type depending on battle field.
- Make Fly able to fly between Regions, because this is P3D and a lot people support this.
- Remake Kirlia evolution method to Gardevoir to: Level 30 or higher Female only.
- Rise Pokemon level cap over 100 for regions support.
