anyways....that item was only in generation 2 and got replaced by the "silk scarf" which is already in the game, what's the point of having both?
Pink Bow was changed as Silk Scarf and P3D bringed back Pink Bow as Fairy-type enhancher.
Did you read first page about Polkadot Bow effect?

Ahh..ok, so P3D has both "Pink Bow" and "Silk Scarf" and you want a new item that's called "Polkadot Bow" that powers up both types at the same time?

Yes and only way is get by catching Jigglypuff which one can hold that item with 1% or less chance. Sounds bit epic, but that item increase each type 12.5% (25% in count) it's less then other type echanchers do for one type (20%).

New ideas/suggestions for move Splash and evolving Kirlia to Gardevoir.

Three new ideas/suggestions: 3D player, decimal and Fly. Read more about those 3 in main post.

I suggest listing the suggestions in a spoiler in your new notices as well as in the main post, that way we can immediately see the suggestion.

I double/triple post in this topic for long time and now one ever had problem. You could say PM me and I would be merge them, now I lost almost 11 P.:p

well, I can't find the new suggestions, they are buried between the old ones, he means, make them noticeable by putting them in spoilers or something like that

Like when he posts "Added new suggestions", add said suggestions into that post as well as the original post.

I made other solution for that and I do that for huge suggestions/ideas like Project Pink when I finish this idea/suggestion.

Add new idea/suggestion Route 23!:):
  • Implant Route 23 by adding this Route between Victory Road Gates and Victory Road and with that Route 23 upper area will be cutten away. That will require a small update in World Map too. Victory Road Gates>Route 23 until cave>Victory Road>Indigo Plateau.

I figured I should maybe drop in and comment on these for once so here goes.....
  • Sit down on the bench.
  • Polkadot Bow - Boosts the power of Normal-type and Fairy-type moves by 12.5% when held. Held by wild Jigglypuff is 1% or less. That will make this item P3D exclusive.
  • Remade grow time to: for 5-6th Gen in Autumn, slower them 5-6th Gen in Winter, faster them 5-6th Gen in Spring and more faster them 5-6th Gen in Summer.
  • Add in Indigo Plateau building second layer left side 6 NPCs which ones we can beat and get rewards:
  • Implant Route 23 by adding this Route between Victory Road Gates and Victory Road and with that Route 23 upper area will be cutten away. That will require a small update in World Map too. Victory Road Gates>Route 23 until cave>Victory Road>Indigo Plateau.
  • Remake move Splash to have 5 Power and effect: changes type depending on battle field.
    • Make Fly able to fly between Regions, because this is P3D and a lot people support this.
    • Remake Kirlia evolution method to Gardevoir to: Level 30 or higher Female only.
    • Rise Pokemon level cap over 100 for regions support.

You can put any integer number in those spots and the total does not need to equal 100

  • Add possibility to hear Cries when Battle starts. First you hearing Opponent/Wild Pokemon, then Yours Pokemon.
Already implemented a number of versions back
  • Add: Condition page, Contest Moves page, Ribbons page and features to them be useful.
Doesn't really need to be suggested...if we implement contests(and atm we plan to eventually) then we will ofc implement contest details into the menus

Ok, I'm just guessing here but I think this is the reason :

"In Generation II, Route 23 was reduced to an extremely short path connecting the front door of Indigo Plateau with the northern portal of Victory Road. No items of interest were placed on the route; in fact, the route itself is completely barren with the exception of the surrounding scenery that makes up the border of the route.

In Generation IV, the northern area of Route 23 that was before the Indigo Plateau building is now classified as part of Indigo Plateau, and Route 23 does not exist as a location the player can traverse. The game does still contain location data for Route 23, however."

But they could implantment it for fun.

the word you are looking for is "implement"
might be best though if you just use simpler words since you aren't native speaker :p

on the topic of r23:
a) What would it contain?(I dont like the design of the route in gen 1/remakes so not gonna do that)
b) The area before the league building is basically a route so just think of that as r23
c) I really dont feel like doing it :p

Overall the way it is set up now feels right and so it will stay that way
