Fixed [Indev 0.52.1] Overworld Incorrectly Affects Battles

These shots were taken on route 39 that has no fixed weather with the overworld weather being "rainy" in the first screenshot and "sandstorm" in the second screenshot.

The following were taken with the overworld weather being "Sandstorm" in Ilex forest (which I assume has a fixed weather)

Yes, that is a feature I programmed into the game last version.
The Ilex Forest battle map is set to have no weather at all right now.
