Fixed [Indev 0.52] Team Rocket's Radio Station Working Even After Defeat

There's also a typo and a weird character showing in it.

I fixed the characters and typo (the *s are supposed to be line breaks).
@Darkfire needs to check the unregistering of the radio station though.

alright so the actual bug with the radio is that there arent any channels in the sevii islands besides the "mysterious transmission"
this will be fixed in the next version
if you are still getting the "Mysterious Transmission" simply enter Cerulean Cave and leave again to fix it
