Fixed [Indev 0.52] Wrong Location Signs

The sign on Kindle Road depicts Four Island instead of Kindle Road.

What I expected to happen:
Kindle road/Ember Spa description.

What actually happened:
Four Island description.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Interact with sign.

Edit: Appears to apply to all signs on Kindle Road.
