Game is not working anymore. Missing .exe file

Hi, I have been playing this game for couple days now and now I have run into an problem.
The game folder where all the stuff is (scripts etc. are) and now I can't find Pokemon.exe file. I have re-downloaded the game many times now, and the .exe file doesn't appear in the folder.
I have all the other required programs and files but the exe file just wont show up.
I updated yesterday my Nvidia drivers to newest version, do you think that could cause the missing file? Because it worked yesterday at morning.

Maybe your anti-virus is automatically deleting exe files?, try turning it off and re-download the game from this link.

Ahh, but now I seem to have an another problem with Avast ( the antivirus I use) I cannot seem to make it and the pokémon 3d compatible with eachother or make an exception because it cannot find it. Sorry I am not very good with computers.

Do the antivirus pop up and say do you want to remove the virus?

You might be able to click add to exception if there is.
( I am not sure how that anti virus does )

No it does not.. It just removes the .exe file from the pokémon folder when ever I start the computer. In order to play I have to turn off the Avast.

You might have to open that anti virus program and find the settings. ( Probably Advance settings ) and find exception tab.
