Fixed [Indev 0.51.1] Dragon Tail Does not Switch to Different Pokémon

I'm in the 8th gym, and all the Dratinis are all over that Dragon Tail. But when they use it against me, it just sends my Pokémon back to my party and then sends the same Pokémon back into the battle instead of a different Pokémon.

What I expected to happen:
A Roar/Whirlwind effect on Dragon Tail.

What actually happened:
Basically nothing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Dragon Tail
2. Dragon Tail
3. Dragon Tail
4. Dragon Tail

This is a known issue with the current state of the battle system.

"Internally" is the issue there. Since there's no thread about it already, I'll just leave it. I'll set to Confirmed.
