Fixed [Indev 0.53] Two-Turn Moves May Miss on First Turn

I was training to level up my pokemons, i use the move many times, and sometimes, it misses on the turn i use it.

What I expected to happen:
Fly has 95% chance to hit the opponent, ok, but in the fisrt turn the pokemon "go to the air" then on second turn the moves hits the opponent, so the firt turn you cant miss but on the second turn its alright to miss.

What actually happened:
I miss the Fly on the first turn, how, right? i think when it uses he get cramp in the wings. rsrrs

Steps to reproduce:
1. Braviary uses Fly.
2. But attack misses.

i think it was the game machanic.
Probable happends to other moves that have 2 turns like dig and dive, if the pokemon lost accuracy stat, but i think this do not happen to Solar Beam or Sky Attack for exemple.

I entered a hidden grotto and found a pokemon there. First I used Fly and the attack missed instead of the pokemon flying up high. Then I tested out Dig. Same result.

What I expected to happen:
Pokemon flies in the air / digs into the ground.

What actually happened:
Attacks missed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Find a way to make your pokemon's accuracy fall. Pokemon has to know Fly or Dig.
2. Use Fly or Dig.
3. Sometimes the attack will miss in first turn like it's just a normal attack.

Just like my Arbok is too dumb to find the ground...

Also discoverd another thing with Dig: If the attack misses on 2nd turn, it doesn't stop. So Dig misses in 2nd turn and in next turn my Arbok used it again instead of the battle menu appearing.

i used fly whit ym togekiss that has hustle ability but the fly misses before togekiss can go in the air (which can't even happen)
