yup,i really need this trophie,and apparently my profile is complete,but i dont get the points,Fanta one time say to me ''the trophies are distributed manually'',but i never get them

Active member do not need you to get this trophy either. Or else I would be a invalid candidate after all.

You just have to be active and make enough post to get it.
About 1000 post to get that status...plus you might need enough likes.
