Pokemon has stopped working

every time i try to play 3d pokemon i get a window saying pokemon has stopped working what can i go to get it up and working

Can you be a little more specific please.
Where are you when it stops working? The Launcher for the game/In a certain town/Just evolved a pokemon etc.
