I can use the Guillotine move in a Forum Gym leader Battle? (I now the gyms are not avaible)
These are the rules for challenging the Elite Four!
1) Any one challenging the Elite four must have obtained 8 Gym badges!
2) Any draws shall be considered void, the challenger maybe re-battle at will.
3) A Draw with the Champion is a loss to the challenger
4) Elite Four members must be battled in order, a full loss means they must restart again.
5) Only Items may be changed between battles - changing you team will result in you previous Elite Four wins being voided.
6) Soft Reset: The challenger may ask for their previous battle to be voided and a rematch to be scheduled:
  • Once per Elite Four Challenge (Ex: if the challenger looses to Elite Four #2 they may ask for a rematch instead of starting a #1 again but if they loose to #3 the must start over)
  • Once per Champion challenge (Even if you used a "Soft Reset" in the Elite Four you may still "soft reset" here too)
7) Clauses are only in effect upon the discretion of the Elite Four Member

Champion Specific Rules:
There currently is no champion thus the first one to clear the Elite Four will be the champion!
1) The following battle clauses are in effect for all champion battles:
  • OHKO Clause: One-Hit Knock-Out attacks like Fissure are banned
  • Evasion Clause: No accuracy reducing or invasion increasing moves allowed(i.e. Minimize, Double Team, etc.)
  • Sleep Clause: Only one pokemon on either team may be put to sleep
2) The Champion may not change the Pokemon on his/her team unless they re-challenge the Elite Four(they may change moves or items as they wish).
The OHKO clause only applies to champion match, however we still don't have a champion.
