Duplicate Downloading profile.....

What I expected to happen:
...to have my online save loaded

What actually happened:
...stuck at "Downloading profile....."

What actually happened:
...stuck at "Downloading profile....."

This is a known problem, but it doesn't really have to do with your game, or your Internet connection. If the bar gets stuck, right-click to back out and then try again. Usually on your third or so try it will load the profile correctly.
