Looks like I am able to reverse engine the gbc rom a bit so I got to see the maps....
It does have the scripts so it is not that bad after all.

I am lack of encounter rates currently so... not much can be done now.

I have the in-game title screen done and probably some scripts that comes from my own gamemode. So a simple copy paste to my gamemode is still able to run the game properly.

I will open the scripts up later and let everyone mess up with it

Just the basic scripts and everything... Now just need to create maps and it will work like a normal gamemode with a little extra feature added.
I am being lazy so I shall do until here and see what can we possible do with this

I have improve my core scripts a bit so... it will not glitch badly now.
Intro Screen is done. Simply almost identical.

I have upgraded the core API script once more so that the load save button is much smoother. No more freeze screen.
With that being said... well now I can copy the System folder scripts into my own personal gamemode and both will get the same update. Fully working and no gamebreaking.

Making a room require 15 mins.
Making a small town take 30 mins
Making a mid town takes 1 hour.

Making big map like route 104 in ruby takes 4 hours.
