About trainer sprites on online save

Now I am level 25, ranked as backpacker. I want my trainer sprite will be backpacker even when I reached higher rank. So, how can I get the sprite of this backpacker? Or, more specific, how I can get sprites that used on online saves? Thanks for your help.

You go to this folder "Pokemon3D\Pokemon\Content\Textures" and use an XNB exporter to extract them, you can find one in the resources section.

Thanks a lot, Fanta! But, which .xnb file? So many of them in textures folder, and none of them hinted as trainer or player sprites

Convert the ones with numbers in their names, or just convert them all, it takes a mere seconds.
