I been trying to find catch Entei but it's been a while since I last encounter it. Is there a way to know where Entei or do I keep walking till I get lucky?

You keep walking till you get lucky.I been trying to find catch Entei but it's been a while since I last encounter it. Is there a way to know where Entei or do I keep walking till I get lucky?
)Tracking isn't in P3D yet, you just have to be lucky or do what I did above. Not sure if this is part of P3D yet, but in every game with roaming Pokemon, you could check their Pokedex entries after you've encountered them at least once, and it will display the exact route they have moved to.
It is also recommended that you do NOT fly to the nearest town, as that will most likely scare them off to completely different routes, usually across the map.
Tracking
In Generations II, III and VI, players can use their Pokédex to check the ever-changing location of their target after they have seen the target.

thanks for this info, i tried this for 2 hours but neither entai or raikou appeared. If you have access, go to Blackthorn City. The route to the south is a route where Entai Frequents.
Basically,
1. go into the route
2. search the grass for him
3. If the first Poke battle isn't him go back into Blackthorn.
4. Repeat 1-3 until you find him.
5. Save every few times as you feel is needed, sooner or later he'll pop out, and once he does if you let him get away about 20 turns of going into BTC back into Route 48 (or whichever route just south of blackthorn is) he should reappear.
I recommend saving right before you KNOW he's gonna appear. Get a Gengar (or it's family) with Mean Look to trap Entai into the battle, get something to paralyze him, maybe have something with false swipe to get him down to 1 health with no chance of killing him and then spam ultra balls to your hearts content.
Or you could take the easy way and use the scrubby masterball. (I can say I caught all the legendaries, and the Metang with ultraballs only)
The one problem someone might have with this technique is that they could be appearing on the turns you walk into the city, rather than when you walk into an area with Grass, and since Raiku and Entai both appear on the same path, but a few turns away, the only possible way to solve this would be to try flying to someplace an odd number of route/city transitions away, then flying back to Blackthorn and continuing the technique above. It's how I caught all my legendaries ^^thanks for this info, i tried this for 2 hours but neither entai or raikou appeared.
what can i do?
i'm missing entai and raikou, how should i catch them? is it a bug? i haven't defeat them in a battle just lower their hp to approximately the half.
Actually, there's a type of a ball that's more efficient than ultraballs for those pesky runners. Pokemon that runs away like those 3 dogs and the infamous Abra teleport can be caught with a fastball (made from a WHT apricot). I haven't got to Erutreak City yet, but I bet it would still work the same way in the GBC version.I recommend saving right before you KNOW he's gonna appear. Fastball is only good for pokemon with speed over 100, it has nothing to do with people who escape from battle faster.Actually, there's a type of a ball that's more efficient than ultraballs for those pesky runners. That one is called Quick ball.it has nothing to do with people who escape from battle faster.
