Solved Cannnot Load Saved Game

I haven't played in a while and I seem to be unable to load up my previously saved game after I downloaded the new update. I've checked on the forum already and downloading it again doesn't work. I have all the .dat files required also.

Is the load game button not press able or it is a crash?

Are you sure you have RoamingPokemon.dat in your save file? If not, just create a blank file named that and it should help.

You could possibly be missing a different .dat file. I'm currently away from my computer, so I can not check my own saves for comparison.

Does the save just not appear under your Load Game menu?

Try creating a new save and then open Load Game.

I made a new game, saved it and load game opens up. My previous save doesn't show up though
EDIT: I don't know if this is a problem, but I put the pokemon folder on the desktop

That could possibly be your problem. I keep my Pokemon folder in a Pokémon 3D folder that I made myself. I would try putting your launcher in the Pokémon 3D folder, download the game through the launcher, create a new save file, and move your old save file into the Save folder.

Ok I fixed it after a little tinkering. What I did was I downloaded the launcher and moved it to the pokemon folder and when I reupdated it, it made a new pokemon folder and I just moved my old save into it. Thanks for the help!
