Fixed [Indev 0.53] Leftovers Description Incorrect

Spoiler: Description

Leftovers item seems to work different than what the description says. Description: "An Item to be held by a pokemon. The holder regains a little HP every time it inflicts damage on others". The HP is actually restored even after using an item (pokeball used in testing) or if my pokemon is asleep. Might be a tooltip error aswell since according to bulbapedia "Restores 1/16 of the Pokémon's maximum HP (rounded down) each turn when held".

What I expected to happen:
According to the tool tip no HP restored unless damage dealt.

What actually happened:
HP restored even without attacking.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Equip leftovers item
2. Use an item or non damaging move

My Guess is that they've accidentally switched the description of Shell Bell with the description of Leftovers.

This will be fairly easy to fix
