[Indev 0.51.1] Jigglypuff Skipping Moves

I leveled up a jigglypuff to level 18 and did not receive the prompt to teach it disable (which is was supposed to learn at 13) or round (which it was supposed to learn at 17). It did, however, learn defense curl, pound, and play nice when it was supposed to.

What I expected to happen:
Jigglypuff to learn Disable or Round.

What actually happened:
Jigglypuff did not learn Disable or Round.

both of these moves are not implemented yet, you probably got "Pound" instead.

This is not a bug.
