People who want to talk by voice will use it.. It's almost the same as in-game . U just need to join a room with the same people that are in the server.. It's easy to organize

Honestly I don't see the real need for an in-game chat system when there are so many free alternatives that don't bog down the server and don't have the language issue an in-game chat system would suffer from.
Also we really don't want an automatic voice translator because it would be horrible and lead to massive misunderstandings.
