If you really want another Master ball, you can always make a alt account and just farm for certain items ie: Rare candies pp ups and the masterball. Its faster and you dont have to rely on chance. Welcome to the community

well if nilllzz has it so far has not been implemented yet. As of current update I can still trade Masterballs from accounts. Tms however are no longer trade able.

There is one way is to do a server and open two Pokemon 3D game and direct trade each other.
