This is only something minor but I think it would be cool if someone makes it into the Top 100 in PSS then it makes an announcement in the chat, like I said its minor but it would be pretty cool.
Next, you could add some more little side-quests like in Pokemon Ranger, not the whole game based around them but just a few in each region.
In the Pokemon League, there are pictures of different Pokemon Champions in the lobby thing, before you take on the E4, the top player (#1) on the PSS should be on it with the team that he or she last used to beat the E4.
