Describe the bug you experienced here.
What I expected to happen:
I expected to change weather but do not carry forward to other gamemode or online game ( without server ).
What actually happened:
The entire game weather got screwed up. It is fixed for all gamemode or online save.
Steps to reproduce:
@Environment.setregionweather(3)
