Fixed [Indev 0.52.1] Game Stuck after Activating Scripts

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
You can hold run and do whatever you want.

What actually happened:
You are stuck

Steps to reproduce:
1. While holding run button
2. Try activate the script on that map.
3. Not releasing run yet...
4. Try enter a building; Fly? No way.
5. Don't save and go back to menu and try again.
6. Still the same..... you are stuck.
7. Close the game, load again and it is fixed.

I have tested this and I can confirm it, however, I was only able to reproduce it there, the issue seems to be caused by the fact that the script blocks being placed exactly on the top of the stairs.
