Fixed 0.22 talking with pokemon if the leader fainted

If your first pokemon fainted, the pokemon that follows you will be the second one, BUT, it will say:
"You should bring it to a PokéCenter soon" and it will have a "poison bubble" in his head. My second pokemon has full health and it isn't poisoned.

The bug is that it takes the first Pokémon for the text but everywhere else it takes the first not defeated one (what is correct).
