Fixed [Indev 0.51.1] Perish Song Does Not Work

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
The death count down started...

What actually happened:
Does nothing. Says 3 rounds but where is the 3 round?

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use Perish Song.

* Oh... This makes the gamemode "Lost Silver" render useless as it is stuck at the battle...

* Found a workaround.
You have to use Perish song and then use other attack to work.

Since I only made celebi have perish song only... So it seem not working.
