Implemented Npc Suggestion

So I was thinking when I realize it would be fun if Prof.Oak and the Old Guy that gives you the World Map give you information about the game, something like,

'Welcome to Pokémon3D, here you play Co-Op, play in free camera, catch achivements, bla bla bla, you can find more information in the cities, people there can talk more about the game for you.'

or

Some npc -> 'Hey! I listened that if you go inside the Pkmn Center you can start to play with your friend! Isn`t that amayzing???

It could be implemented for those npcs at the cities that don`t say anything important at all. It would explain the engines of the game as the original pokemon done.

There is one NPC that already does those things, in the Cherrygrove Center, a hiker tells you about the Co-Op mode.
I will try to add random NPCs to the centers. Also, I planned another floor for the Goldenrod City Center with NPCs doing exactly that.
