is it possible to backup gamejolt save file on harddrive?

Was curious if I could backup my online gamejolt account save file as a copy in a different folder in case anything were to ever happen to it? I'm really paranoid and cautious about backing up all my files so if I could save this account file on an external hard drive that'd be amazing for me.

Our system automatically backs it up during a crash as an encrypted string of characters
We cant let you manually create your own back up b/c people might try to cheat with it
