I dont know what to do other than starting over, and I tried to look up ur problem but only one thread came up but he said tht he just restarted the game and his pc... I would help but u should contact the developers for it... (Make sure u remember u DID save...)

I've sorted it out now, just had to transfer over a few saves and then I reloaded, its sorted now
