question on EVs and IVs

Hi, new here and I've been asking a couple questions so sorry for being a bother in that respect. But I was wondering what the EV system is like for this game? I read the Wiki and only found that EVs were working now so I was wondering if the system for EVs was modeled after like Gen IV, V or VI, if there's a box trick or are they immediate like in Gen V, are there EV reducing berries, etc. My main reason for asking is simply because this game blends a lot of different things from many different pokemon games, which I like, I just simply have no way of knowing how things like this works while it's still being developed. Also is the IV checker going to be at the BF?

Game is awesome btw, the 3D is so cool and I'm excited to battle other people and get in touch with people in this community.

The EV system is fully functional and I think it follows Gen V (not sure what the difference is anyways)
There's no EV checker, but in the summary of your Pokemon you'll find a colored bar, that's the EV bar, each color represents a stat, EV berries and Vitamins work as intended, there are also EV wings in the game.

okay thanks! yeah there isn't much difference between EVs in gen IV and V only how they register. Appreciate it.
