Fixed (Version 0.21) Double Team causes user's Evasion to fall?

Whenever Double Team is used now, the graphic for stat-decreasing appears over the opponent, and then goes on to say the user's Evasion has fell.

I think this is a bug, because the user's Evasion should be going up by one stage, thus meaning the graphic for stat-increasing should go over the user

looks like its set up to lower evasiveness then show a bad stats change on the user's pokemon. thats not right :\
