Duplicate 1 Move Counts Twice?

So, months ago, I got a Noctowl by a WonderTrade, and now, I'm using it to fight Bugsy (Azalea), but (I think) there's a bug. Everytime I use Fly ONCE, it counts as 2 PPs. I don't get this behavior in original PKMN games. Is this supposed to happen?

You might want to read through all the bug reports before posting about new bugs, also, ask in the chat, people there will help you.
