Launcher Can't Run

(First of All, I have 2 computers, and now I'm using my computer, not my laptop)

So, I just downloaded the latest version of P3D Launcher, but then here's what happened:

(Pokemon3D.exe - Application Error)
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

What should I do about this? Need help, quick.

Can you try to redownload the launcher again?
