Not a bug (0.21.1) Evolution learn attack Bug

When a Pokemon is about to evolute it receive an attack before evolute. For example, Sandslash are supposed to gain an attack when it reachs lvl 22, but Sandshrew aew gaining this attack at lvl 22, before evolution, it should be after. It should be able to you to choose this move after the pokemon evolution scene.

I think it's working this way:
If your Pokémon reaches a new level and it can learn a new attack, it learns this one.
If the Pokémon evolves after battle and would learn a new attack after evolving on this level (for example Metapod learn Harden on Lv. 7) it learns this move.

Sandshrew has no move to learn at lvl 22, but it tried to learn tackle. Sandslash has Crush Claw to learn at lvl 22, but i think it is not implemente yet, so tackle is subistituing this move. Conclusion, Sandslash should learn tackle, not Sandshrew =/

Maybe it is only a bug with Sandshrew, because i envolved ekans after and it was right. It learned crunch after envolved.

I think Sandscrew wouldn't learn this move.
It's not a Sandslash before the end of the battle, that is how the code works.
Mabye you are remembering this wrong (Sandscrew learns a new move on Lv. 20 or 21 I think)

Sandshrew should not learn anything at lvl 22, but it tried to learn tackle right before envolve. I post it right after envolve it =)
Sandslash did not try to learn anything, thats why I post it =)

I checked the files and there was not supposed to sandshrew learn anything at lvl 22, thats why a got confused. I don`t know why, but for some reason it read as Sandslash before it envolve =/
