Can the new launch install the game for people without an internet connection?

but you need the updated version in the launcher, and download the launcher for every update, it's the same as download the game

The point of this is to simplify the process for those without internet. It will install the most recent launcher and game updates (as long as I remember to update the installer).

i have a problem in the pokemon3d offline installer .... if i open the file pokemon offline installer then click install there will be a pop up and theres a link rigt? i already download it in my pc but it always show up even i already download it.. i already download 1 file .. the
Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 is that ok?

I'm terribly sorry! I should have stated in the first post. The Mod Installer is currently unusable and is being redesigned from scratch, including the code! But, if you need help installing a mod manually, I'll be glad to help! I could even make a super simple executable that includes any mods that you want, that you only point to the Pokemon3D directory and it extracts it for you, if you want.
