Game won't start!!!

I just tried to get the game after playing it at a friends house. I downloaded everything I needed and when I select play game on the launcher, the game doesn't start. It usually opens a window that says it had an error and failed to open... I don't understand why, I have done everything my friend told me to do, as well as everything it says to do here: http://pokemon3d.net/forum/threads/14/

Please help!!! I really want to play this game on my own computer.

Try this, Make a new folder in your C drive, name it Pokemon3D or something, download this : http://s.pokemon3d.net/j3641 , and put it inside that folder, and download the game through that.
