Fix the resource usage

This new server is a major cpu hog, with the last version, it would not use anything above 10 precent of the cpu with 5-7 people on, now it uses 50 PRECENT OF THE CPU WHEN THERE ARE 2 PEOPLE ON

I mean that for sounds, because I need now ask friend to convert to .wav. It's for resources.

You mean for the game?
Then no, .wav files are needed in order to play sounds. And this is not the right thread for that kind of question.
