Cannot connect to official server

I recently had a moderator go into my account and fix a trading issue. Since then i have not been able to connect to the official server. I doubt there is any connection between the two, but everytime i log into my gamejolt account and then try to choose the server it says "polling..." and then after a few seconds it says "cannot reach server". Any ideas on what might be happening and why i can not get into the official server?
