Fixed Poison Powder Little Bug

When poison powder is used agains Zubat, nothing happens and no message are send. I think that should be something saying "But it failed" or "It has no effect", but it is missing.

The same occour with Paras against Oddish. I think it happens everytime Poison Powder is used against a Poison type pokemon.

Those are all Poison Pokémon.
You cannot poison a Poison type Pokémon.
