How do I learn cut?

lol im not smart enough to try and alter game files (im lazy ) and it only took me around 25 mins anyway to get it done. Just never bought any repel so was constant battle after battle.

Actually i had repels but i intentionally battled a lot to level my pokemon... They were very overpowered afterwards XD. Just kill lots of metapods and kakuna there and you get bunches of exp
