Fixed [Indev 0.50.1] Suicune in Kanto Route 14 even though Event is Complete

What I expected to happen:
The NPC Suicune get removed after complete the entire suicune event.

What actually happened:
Stay there.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto that map and see.

we found this bug last version
those of you that completed it last version simply need to walk over to where suicune is and then reload the map for it to leave
