Fixed [Indev 0.50.1] Fuchsia City Heading Typo

When you enter Fuchsia's city "territory", the title display at the top left corner says Fuschia city instead of Fuchsia.

What I expected to happen:
To show "Fuchsia City"

What actually happened:
It showed "Fuschia City"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter to Fuschia City by any means.
2. Read what it says at the top left corner.
3. Tada!

Then all the other ones are typos, cause they say "Fuchsia"

I'm afraid not, it just happens to redirect to Fuchsia City because Fusicha is a common typo.
