Cool idea, because I had same idea in my head.
BTW I have couple sprites from old gaming times, but it's need some edit to make useful:

Pidgey Family and Abra Family. I hope they will be useful.

There's two problems. 1, the sprites are not lined up in the same way as the way the game. 2, the background isn't transparented.

They have to look like like this one, except I need to tweak it, chikorita's size is too big compared to trainer sprite.

Question for you guys, is there site that'll let me see a size comparison between pokemon and trainer?

EDIT: *Sigh* I've just noticed that by changing the size of the file, even though it'll help me fit more size into the game, it'll cause the pokemon to be slightly further away from the trainer, and I can't use the original size because then the sprite won't fit into the grid box.
EDIT2: After some tweaking, I finally fixed it.

Yes, I know she looks small, that's because if I used the original height/small, she'd end up way to big and slightly pixeled.

I won't be able to use it until I get the actual pokemon in game, yes, I know zills gave me a program to view the animation, but it looks a lot different in game, I only did those pokemon because I have them captured in my game.

Blastoise, Ivysaur, Fearow and Graveler are not within my reach at the moment. The first three are in kanto, I have no access to kanto until I beat the elite, Graveler will take a lot of time to get via evolving a geodude, which I don't have at the moment.

I restarted my save file mainly because I couldn't beat the elite four, but I didn't feel like rapidly battling them just to level up, so I've restarted my save, I'm going to make sure I beat every pokemon trainer and gym leader so I don't end up very underleveled like I did with my old save, I've beaten uh... Falkor, whatever that bird user is, I can't remember at the moment. I'm currently on route to the next town.

Bleh, making those three skins took a lot of time, my arm is hurting at the moment from the editing, clicking, moving, and viewing animating via nillz's program.

You might wanna might explain that more clearing.. If you mean hacking an offline save, well, I don't know how.

Go to your Pokemon3D Folder, then to your save folder, Open up Party.dat using notepad, You'll see something like this :
{"Pokemon"[17]}{"Experience"[5124]}{"Gender"[0]}{"EggSteps"[0]}{"Item"[0]}.......etc
the number above is the National Pokedex ID of the Pokemon in your party, change it to the one you need.
