Cloud-like backup system

There should be a cloud-like backup system so that you can always access a copy of your save in case of a new computer or data corruption

i agree with that, i have lost my save game once and that's terrible. one of my nightmare i guess lol. if now i lost my data again, i don't know will start new one or delete the game .
my suggestion is the save game backup every day or once a week. when want to log in add new button "Restore Save Game"

Edit: I assume you are talking about backing up offline saves to the cloud?

That's what online mode is for anyways

You can just do backups to your external harddrives/USB sticks or something similar. The save files are just a few kb in size. You can also just .zip up the Saves folder and upload it to the cloud service you are using. Same with the ContentPack and GameMode folders.

And as mentioned before: we have a cloud save system for the online saves.

i didnt know you could backup saves, i never found a way, so i just assumed i would have to have some program to copy some data from a file
