right now, I only have 16 PC boxes (battle box not included)

However, to catch them all, you need 25 boxes. If you also want all the different forms of every pokeman, you need 27 boxes.

Put 1 pokemon in each box and save/relog or something.

More boxes appear as you catch more. Trust me, there is more than enough room for one of each.
