Fixed [Indev 0.49.1] Butterfree Doesn't Learn Sweet Scent via TM 12

While I know TM 12 hasn't been Sweet Scent for Several generations, and as Such, is not part of Butterfree's learnset, it was learnable by Butterfree in Generation II, so I expected to be able to teach my Butterfree Sweet Scent. But nope, I got this:

Try clicking on Butterfree anyways, it may let you teach the move. If that's the case, then this is a known bug.

I tried it, It can't learn the move yet, but Soon™ it will be able to.
