I have already succeded defeating team rocket in radio tower, but I came back to the director room to talk with him and then, appears petrel or something like this, who is a team rocket boss, and he challenge me to battle
What I expected to happen:
I expected to talk to director normally
What actually happened:
petrel appears and challenge me to battle, later he gave me basement kay for second time and if you talk another time is the real director with petrel sprite.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Defeat team rocket in radio tower.
2. Come back when you have already captured ho-oh, lugia
3. talk to him.
4.Battle petrel again
