Problem with HM Cut

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with the HM Cut.
I cant use it on Sudowoodo. Its the first you can encounter in the game and when i click on it nothing happens.
In the pokemon games you could activate any HM if you click on the pokemon and then simply choose the HM but it seems like it is not implemeted right now.
any suggestions?

You can't use Cut on sudowoodo, It's not a bug, go through route 32 instead towards azelea through union cave.

In G/S/C/HG/SS you was able interact with Sudowoodo after 3 badge when you get Squirtlebottle. We was never able to murder Pokemons!
