I'm learning how to create a gamemode, i just need to discover how to create new pokémons, moves and how to create a map... this might take a while...

Another thing perhaps, a circumstance such as this should be very rare. I like the times you have suggested, but maybe only make this possible on a full moon? (I'm not sure if that's even possible, but it would be cool). When the circumstances are correct, the music and town conditions as you stated should be there, but perhaps a red hue over all of it to add to suspense?

I like the idea of it being on a full moon it makes it creepy, also just as a little bit of a twist instead of having 2 white hands he should have slender in his team and just 1 white hand also it would have to be set to something like mirage island in gen 3 via the game clock to make it possible.
