There is no way to fast forward the game but you can lower the graphic settings to speed things up.

From the post I already understood he wanted FF like in VBA-M and DeSmuME, but that is impossible, because this is not emulator and people mostly plays P3D at Online mode.

You are just letting the emulated CPU update cycle run as fast as possible on your computer... but this game doesn't use any emulated hardware. The FPS just indicates on what rate something gets rendered on your screen. So when it's running slower than 60 Hz, stuff gets rendered slower.
