Yes, what it says in the title. The reason being is that the website is down. Can anybody tell me what is going on, and, if possible, how to get around this crazy issue until the problem resolves.

Unfortunately, the staff here cannot necessarily control what happens to that website. I'm afraid you must wait for the website to come back up to get your account registered.

The progress bar is stuck?
